By accessing or using Clean-Up Storage Now services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our applications.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in—or attempt to engage in—any of the following actions:

Investigate, scan, or test the security or vulnerability of any the App system or network, or bypass any security or authentication mechanisms;

Access, modify, or use any private areas of the App, the App internal systems, or the technical infrastructure of the App service providers;

Decode, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used in connection with the App services;

Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of any user, server, or network, including by transmitting viruses, initiating overloads, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the App systems;

Access or search the App, or download intellectual property from the App, by using automated tools, software, scripts, agents, or mechanisms (such as robots, crawlers, spiders, or data extraction tools) other than those officially provided and supported by us;

Introduce or distribute malware through the App;

Send unsolicited messages, promotions, advertisements, or spam;

Transmit false, misleading, or manipulated information, including spoofing or phishing attempts;

Upload or distribute content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on the rights of third parties;

Pretend to be another person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

Violate the privacy or personal data of others;

Breach any applicable laws or regulations; or

Assist or encourage any other individual to participate in the activities listed above.

Although we are not required to monitor how the App is used or to review your content or content shared by other users, we reserve the right to do so when necessary to operate the App, ensure compliance with these Terms, or satisfy legal obligations. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict access to any content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. We also maintain the right to investigate any potential breaches and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to pursue legal action against users who engage in unlawful activities.

Copyright Policy

We uphold all applicable copyright laws and expect our users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with our policy, we may terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe—or are suspected of repeatedly infringing—the rights of copyright holders.
